The Bourne Estate is a desert vacation home designed by renowned architect Wallace Neff for the Borne Family, the heirs to the Singer sewing machine empire.  This 7,000 square foot 5 Bedroom home built in a more modern Spanish Colonial style has many features for desert living, including a protected courtyard and a viewing tower.

With so many owners over the years, many modifications and additions have detracted from Neff’s original vision.  But as Brett walks though the property, the viewer is able to envision the amazing original design.
